This is a small handyman operation. I'm not collecting your data to sell it or do anything weird with it. This page exists to be straight with you about what information comes my way when you contact me, and what I do with it.
When you reach out — by phone, text, or through the website — I get your name, phone number, and whatever you tell me about the job. That's it. I don't run ads, I don't have analytics tracking your every click, and I don't buy or sell contact lists.
If you text me or call to ask about a job, you may receive text messages back from me. These will be about your appointment, your estimate, or your service — nothing else. Every message includes an opt-out option.
Your contact info is used to:
That's the whole list. I'm not building a profile on you or running your number through any marketing software.
I use a few standard tools to run the business — scheduling software, a messaging platform — and those services may process your contact info as part of how they work. They're not getting it to market to you. I don't sell your information, period.
I keep records of past jobs for accounting and warranty purposes. If you want your information removed, just ask and I'll delete what I can.
You can ask me what information I have on you, request that I correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just get in touch.
If I update this page, the date at the top will change. I'm not going to send you a newsletter about it.
